Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation, the topic you choose and your message. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to discuss or prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and stores form messages.
- Google provides our email service, where form notifications arrive, and serves the fonts used on this site.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers rely on safeguards recognised under EU law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
