We help finance teams in any sector, from manufacturing and construction to retail, professional services and not-for-profits, turn accounting exports, payroll reports and Excel trackers into a clear, secure Power BI report that refreshes in minutes, not days. You keep working the way you do now. The report does the rest.

P&L, variances and drill-down, shared securely.
Services
Everything your board pack needs, in one place
Each build is shaped around how your organisation actually reports: by site, division, project, product line, customer or manager.
Monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash
Actual against prior year and budget, by month, site and division, with the margin, overhead and profit figures your board asks for first.
Staff cost, headcount and absence
Gross pay and employer taxes by site and department, starters and leavers, overtime, sickness and agency cover, with shared management costs allocated fairly.
Revenue by customer, product, project or contract
Sales, contract income, grants or funding split the way you manage the business, with checks for anything left unassigned.
Overheads, purchases and card spend
Ledger costs and expense-card data grouped into clear cost categories, with central overheads allocated to sites or projects and the largest items flagged.
Excel clean-up with Power Query
Lookups, helper columns and manual mapping replaced by rules and mapping tables, so each month you only paste raw data and press Refresh.
Monthly reporting, done for you
We run your monthly refresh, checks and reconciliation, add new pages as you grow, and keep access secure: directors see everything, managers see only their own areas.
Example report
What your directors would open each month
This is a simplified view of one report we built, shown with a fictitious company and made-up figures. The same structure works for a factory, a building contractor or a retail chain: only the names of your sites, divisions and income streams change.

40+ sites, one monthly report
Monthly reporting used to mean copying data between tabs, fixing broken lookups and rebuilding the same tables. Now the finance team pastes the month's exports into one workbook and refreshes.
- Built from Excel. Sage nominal ledger, payroll gross-to-net, expense-card spend, staff lists, customer lists, leave and agency reports, all in one source workbook.
- Manual columns removed. Site codes, cost categories, income splits and names are worked out in Power Query from small mapping tables.
- Checks built in. Each refresh lists any row that could not be placed, so nothing quietly drops out of the totals.
- Right view for each person. Directors see the whole organisation, regional and site managers see only their own areas, and staff names stay hidden where they should.
What it saves
A significant saving compared with hiring
Many organisations hire a management accountant or analyst just to produce the monthly pack. A managed Power BI service gives you the same reporting, refreshed every month and available to every manager, for a fraction of the cost.
Costs that keep adding up
- Salary, employer taxes and pension
- Holidays, sick leave and cover
- Recruitment, notice periods and training
- Knowledge leaves when the person does
One clear monthly fee
- No salary, benefits or recruitment costs
- Qualified accountant and Power BI developer in one
- Automated report that every manager can use
- Grows with you as you add sites, entities or pages
Every organisation is different. On our first call we look at what your monthly reporting costs today and what you could save.
How it works
From first call to your first refresh
Free 30-minute video call
At a time that suits your time zone, we talk through how you report today, who reads it and what takes the most time. You get a clear quote before any work starts.
Map your data
You share sample exports from your accounting system, payroll or Excel. We map each source to your sites, divisions, projects and cost categories.
Build and check
We build the model and report pages, then reconcile the figures with you against your trial balance and existing pack until they agree.
Monthly managed reporting
Each month you send us your exports. We refresh the report, check and reconcile the figures, and share the finished pack with a short commentary, ready for your management meeting.

Questions
Frequently asked
Do I need to change my accounting system?
No. We build from the reports your system already exports, such as general ledger transactions, payroll reports and Excel trackers. If your system can export to Excel or CSV, it can feed the report.
We are not in Ireland. Can you still help?
Yes. All the work is done remotely, with video calls arranged around your time zone. Reports can show any currency, several companies or entities together, and follow IFRS, FRS 102 or US GAAP.
What licences do I need?
Power BI Desktop is free. To share the report online, each viewer usually needs a Power BI Pro licence, unless your organisation has Premium or Fabric capacity. We will confirm the cheapest option for your size before we start.
Who can see our data?
The report stays in your own Microsoft account. Access is set per person, so managers see only their own areas and sensitive details such as staff names can be hidden from most viewers.
What does ongoing support include?
Each month we refresh the report with your latest exports, run the data checks, map any new codes, sites or suppliers, reconcile the figures and send you a short commentary on what has changed. As your business grows, we add new pages, measures and users, so the report keeps up with you.
How much could this save us?
A full-time management accountant or reporting analyst brings salary, employer taxes, pension, holidays, training and recruitment costs. A managed Power BI reporting service costs a fraction of that, with no recruitment process and no gap when someone leaves. Every organisation is different, so on our first call we look at what reporting costs you today and what you could save. We agree a start date and timeline together before any work begins.
How long does a build take?
A focused management accounts pack usually takes a few weeks, depending on how many data sources and report pages you need. We agree the scope and timeline on the first call.
